How the live version will work, when you approve it

• We tell you separately, in writing, that live submission is open — and only after your approval. This page will then accept exactly one submission.
• The submission can be opened exactly once, by us, to transfer the keys into our credential store. Opening it destroys the page copy. A submission never opened is automatically and permanently deleted after 7 days.
• After transfer, the keys live in a credential file on our private operations server, in a directory restricted to the owner account. They are used only by the order-sync program — never written into email, chat, documents, spreadsheets or logs.
• Access: Peter He (owner) only. No one else at PrinYou is given access, and the keys are never shared onward.
• You stay in control: uninstalling the app in your store disconnects us immediately, and rotating the Client secret invalidates what we hold at any moment.
• After any test, you choose: we delete the stored keys and confirm the deletion in writing, or keep them sealed with routing still off. No go-live within 30 days of a test and no instruction from you means we delete them and confirm.

What this page is not

Being able to view this page is not an approval of onboarding, app installation, permissions, or any test. Each of those steps needs your separate, explicit approval, in the order set out in the onboarding test plan we sent you.
